How long does delivery take?
In-stock machines ship in 2–4 working days. You receive tracking the moment your order leaves the studio.
Is assembly difficult?
Most machines assemble in under an hour with the included tools and illustrated guide. Our coaches can supervise over video call, free of charge.
What does the warranty cover?
Frames carry a 5-year warranty; moving parts and upholstery 2 years. Wear parts like cables and grips are standard sizes and inexpensive to replace.
Shipping
Orders over $54 ship free. Orders below that carry a flat $6 shipping fee. Heavy machines (over 40 kg) ship kerbside with a two-person crew — we call ahead to agree a time. Delivery is currently available across Italy and the EU.
Returns
Changed your mind? Return any unused machine within 30 days for a full refund — we arrange the collection. If a machine arrives damaged or develops a fault, our money-back guarantee applies on top of the statutory warranty: repair, replacement, or refund, your choice.
Payments
We accept all major cards, PayPal, and bank transfer for studio fit-outs. Card payments are processed over an encrypted connection — we never see or store your card number. Larger orders can be split into three interest-free instalments at checkout when available.
Accounts & passwords
Checkout works with or without an account. If you created one, use the password-reset link on the sign-in page and check your spam folder for the reset email. To update your details or delete your account, write to info@tempercaststudio.com and we handle it within two working days.
Terms
Prices include VAT where applicable. Equipment is intended for personal or light-commercial training use; always follow the safety instructions supplied with your machine. Misuse, outdoor storage, or unauthorised modification voids the warranty.
Privacy policy
We collect only what your order needs: contact details, delivery address, and purchase history. We never sell personal data, and marketing emails stop the moment you unsubscribe. Ask for a copy or deletion of your data any time at info@tempercaststudio.com.
